Shared stash in median xl8/22/2023 The developers should withdraw this release, go back to 1.8x and only (re)release 2.x when it is fully debugged. What is the point of even having a Stash in the first place, if it completely fails at its intended purpose? I started 2.0 on SP and looking at it i might go back to 1.8 crafting and RW are made too difficult and you can not reroll base items anymore. So the Stash is useless and you can only use whatever items that you carry along with you, in your holding area or the Cube. MxL is OK with a party but it gets difficult to keep track of things. This happens all the time, absolutely consistently, and this fact MUST have been obvious to the developers if they had spent so much as a few minutes playtesting the game. No matter WHAT I do - whether in Single Player or (local, TCP/IP multiplayer) - items placed in either version of the Stash, simply disappear between game sessions. If you can kill the entire screen by just looking at the mobs, then its just about finding your personal balance between FRW and MF. The real question is how fast you can safely clear mobs. Theres some diminishing returns, but no hard cap. (2) Both the "Shared" and "Normal" stashes are basically useless. From what I know, theres no real cap on movement speed in Diablo 2. ![]() (The game crashes unpredictably, at any or all times, especially when there a lot of things happening on the screen.) (1) Random crashes with the "Address Violation C0000" error, particularly when moving items in the Stash. ![]() ![]() So far, the bugs in version 2.0 have made the game next to unplayable for me (and I think I have given it more than a fair chance).
